Amy Gottlieb's debut novel The Beautiful Possible (Harper Perennial) was a finalist for the Harold U. Ribalow Prize, the Edward Lewis Wallant Award, and a National Jewish Book Award. She has received a Literary Fellowship and Residency from the Bronx Council on the Arts, as well as three BRIO awards for her poetry. She currently teaches at the College of Mount Saint Vincent, at literary conferences and community workshops, and privately.
