Director of Programs (Full-Time)
The Director of Programs is a member of the senior team and reports directly to the Executive Director (ED). The Director of Programs is responsible for the oversight of the public programs, regrants, and visual arts departments, and directly supervises the Grantmaking Manager, the Programs Manager, and the Longwood Art Gallery Director. Grantmaking Associate (Part-Time)
Reporting to the Grantmaking Manager, and occasionally to the Director of Programs, the Grantmaking Associate will provide administrative support for BCA’s regranting programs. To be successful in this role, the Grantmaking Associate should have prior experience in grants or programs administration, preferably in the arts. Learn more.
