Bronx-Native Ashlee "Hype Girl" Gunn is widely recognized as "The Queen” within NYC's Litefeet dance community, a Hip-hop derivative dance culture which originated in Harlem and The Bronx in the early 2000's. Known for her high energy dance moves and enthusiastic support of others while dancing in the Litefeet cypher, at the age of 15, she experienced a viral dance moment while competing at a popular Litefeet dance battle, performing to a Beyonce record. Ashlee has thrilled audiences dancing for world-renown Hip-hop and RnB artists such as Diddy, Swizz Beats, Alicia Keys and others. She is a passionate community leader and instructor, having led hundreds of youth classes around the NYC-area, primarily in the Bronx at schools and with her weekly Saturday youth classes.
