The Power Lit Project involves 3 productions: "Solid Ground: A Play about Landing on your Feet”, “Power Myths”, and “CPR". Each of these productions offer stories intended to inspire students and educators to tell their own stories, and think critically about issues of race, power, healing and social justice.
Mass Transit Street Theater is committed to inspiring and empowering young people to think critically and creatively about their lives and their world by presenting relevant and high quality performances, forums for dialogue, and workshops that foster self-expression, social justice and community contribution.
