Brazil to The Bronx. The Capoeira Cultural Bridge will include a series of Capoeira workshops for families, participants, and members of the community. During these workshops and presentations, the participants of Revolutionary Roots of Capoeira Concepts will display their skills through song and play. Families and participants will learn songs and practice basic moves as a community. Each event will culminate with a final performance for the audience. These events will be an experience that we hope will build The Bronx community, become a natural meeting place for families, and allow for the continuation and enjoyment of Capoeira with each other in our space
