This workshop will help to locate, identify and give space to the voice within that is waiting to come out. Through the methods of guided meditation, tuning of the 7 major chakras, mantras, and free form exploration you will be reunited with the full expression of your voice. Your unique and beautiful resonating sound from within will be gently uncovered from beneath the layers of suppression. Set your voice free to be heard in all its wonderful uniqueness. This workshop is fun and for everyone. No vocal or singing experience necessary. Non-judgement.
