Teaching Artist Natalie Caro will review various CV formats used in the arts market and establish areas of focus alongside participants, as well as facilitate peer review/editing sessions. Participants will learn how to to extract key information from their CVs to build their artist statements and bios. Using the three separate concepts, participants will be instructed on why they're different and how they sell your talent and brand in the local and global marketplace.

Natalie N. Caro is a Bronx-born educator, artivist, editor, a 2013 BRIO winner, and a 2015 Pushcart Prize Nominee. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and Philosophy from Lehman College/CUNY where she currently teaches composition and an MFA in Poetry from City College/CUNY where she was selected as one of the first recipients of the Creative Writing Fellowship.
