Exciting Opportunity for a School-Based Art Educator!
The Bronx River Art Center (BRAC) is seeking a passionate School-Based Art Educator for an immersive, hands-on experience in a NYC public elementary school (PreK-5th grade). This part-time, 13-week, project-based role (March 24 - June 2025) offers support in lesson planning and classroom management.
Responsibilities include teaching engaging art lessons, adapting plans for different age groups, and collaborating with staff.
Role options: (2)
One day/week: Tuesday (10:10 am - 2:15 pm) or Thursday (8:00 am - 2:15 pm)
Both days/week: Tuesday & Thursday
Compensation: $65 per hour
