BAAD! is seeking eight (8) choreographers to present (in-person) 5-7 minutes of dance
and body-oriented performance of works inspired by music from Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny.
Songs selected may either be solo work, collaborations, or remix/mash-ups featuring Bad Bunny.
Choreographers may be asked to select an alternate song should their original song selection have already been picked.
EVENT DETAILS
This event will be presented in-person at BAAD! (2472 Westchester Ave, Bronx 10461) in front of a live audience. The dance compilation will also be live streamed.
The compensation is $125 per choreographer.
The choreographer will also receive 5 hours of free rehearsal space (subject to availability) to be used before the performance.
NOTE: BAAD! requires for all choreographers and dancers to provide full proof of vaccination (2 doses of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines; or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson).
A bare bones technical rehearsal will be conducted on a first come, first served basis earlier in the day of the performance.
