What is Chashama Gala?
Our Gala is no rubber-chicken dinner – it is a free-flowing, fantastical art experience on June 26th, featuring 300 performers and a labyrinth of interactive installations. This year’s event will leave you dazzled and inspired, as we celebrate the artists and creatives who make our city go ‘round.
This year's theme is DREAMS - making dreams come to life, whether good, bad, flying, or falling. The Gala is a free-flowing, fantastical art experience featuring 300 interactive performers.
Who we are looking for
-Performance Artists wandering/prowling or stationary
-Installations with a performative aspect
-Performances and installations must be immersive, transformative, extravagant, performative
-Individuals, organizations and collectives are all welcome to apply
-Your sound must be minimal, as there will be simultaneous performances.
