Kate Broad has a PhD in English from the CUNY Graduate Center and a BA in English and Political Science from Wellesley College. She has published poetry and essays in Boog City, EOAGH, Freshwater, Tulsa Studies in Women’s Literature, and elsewhere. She co-edited an award-winning essay collection of literary criticism (Routledge, 2013) and published ten romance novels under a pen name (Entangled Publishing, 2015-2020), including two Barnes and Noble Bestsellers and a Top Pick from Oprah Magazine. Kate is currently working on her first literary novel, a thriller, and is represented by Sarah Bedingfield at Levine Greenberg Rostan. Originally from Massachusetts, she has lived in the Bronx since 2010.
