Jean Carlos Soto is a poet from the Bronx, NY. A graduate of Lehman College (’16) with a degree in English and Latin, he has worked the last five years as a writing consultant, first at Lehman’s Tutoring Center and currently at the CUNY School of Labor and Urban Studies at Queens College. An early-career artist still absorbing the breadth of the field, he primarily writes narrative poetry that explores childhood, isolation, folklore, and redemptive slices of life.
