Cinnamon Willis was born in Brooklyn New York and is a graduate of the New York College of Technology where she obtained an associate in art and advertising, and a bachelor's degree in communication design. She has previously worked as a graphic designer, production designer and also as an art director. For the past ten years, Cinnamon has been working on her painting, photography, sculpting and branching out into installation art. In 2013, an installation piece that she created received a gold "Best in Show" award at the Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition Gallery. After participating in numerous exhibitions in New York City, Canada, and New Orleans, her most notable was her two-person show at the ISE Cultural Foundation in SoHo featuring her figurative sculptures.
