Bruce has been making lines with his pen since he was a wee boy. His life was always one of creative enterprise; whether it is art, music or writing. He studied fine art and graphic design at The School of Visual Arts and retired after 35 years from graphic design and advertising in 2016. His published work has appeared in national and international publications. “My art seeks to be an expression of my interest in deeper concerns about life, time, space and the inner mysteries that abound. Other than that, drawing is the most relaxing activity I have ever known.”
Currently he is often found at Kelly Street Garden in the South Bronx working alongside his wife.
