Velvetpark's 2025 Artist Residency will be awarded to two artists, One for a 6 week term (July - August) and another for a 4 month term (September - December.)
Throughout the residency you will have a dedicated live/work studio space to explore, develop, and refine your project.
The studio is housed in Crown Studios in Brooklyn, New York, a floor of professional artists and those working in the creative profession.
Applications are open to LGBTQ+ artists across the United States (applicants must maintain a permanent residence). Artists working in various mediums are invited to apply.
