It is no longer okay to be neutral: “You’re Either Part of the Solution or You’re Part of the Problem.” Our mission for the Soundview Reunion Committee is to be a part of the solution in our Soundview communities. Together we can build the bridge for success by serving all of the people in the community, starting with the children and the youth. By providing them with Alternative to Gangs (ATG), the committee will develop programs that will address the needs of families in the immediate and adjacent neighborhoods. We plan to build a safer Soundview community and implement a plan to work with our local Police Department, community leaders, and City/State municipal agencies. Our annual “Old Timer’s Day” reunion will continue to be on the first Saturday of August.
