- Session 1: Overview, Research & Relationship Building
- What is grant writing?
- Finding funders
- Building relationships with potential funders
- Raising money with an equity lens
- Session 2: Making the Case
- Building blocks of a proposal
- Telling your story (defining your needs, measuring your impact, etc.)
- Supporting your story (budgets, attachments, work samples, etc.)
- Session 3: LOI’s, Communication & Relationship Stewardship
- Writing a strong LOI (letter of intent)
- Grant reporting
- Building and maintaining relationships with funders
