Self-Reflection/Rehash: Practicing Uncertainty - Public Program

Join exhibiting artist and yoga instructor Jeanne Brasile on Wednesday, June 28th at 6:00 PM as she explores Self-Reflection/Rehash: Practicing Uncertainty and its themes of empathy, compassion, and understanding. Participants will be guided through a series of gentle seated movements and breathwork to promote relaxation followed by a guided meditation to enhance the exhibition’s themes.
