Join the fight against the youth mental health crisis. We're addressing various mental health and safety challenges in the educational setting.
Get resources and workshops to cope with work-related trauma, promote racial understanding and therapy for adults
Creative and expressive therapies such as art, music, dance, and play therapy for children
Peer-to-peer activities for teens to foster a sense of community and support among young individuals
Activities:
Work-Related Trauma Workshops for Teachers:

These workshops will provide educators with tools to recognize and manage work-related stress and trauma, promoting a healthy work-life balance and emotional well-being.

Race and Therapy for Adults:

Discussions and workshops will be conducted to address racial issues within the educational environment and promote therapy as a means of healing and understanding.

Art and Therapy, Music and Therapy, Dance Therapy, and Play Therapy for Children:

Child-centered workshops will explore the power of creative and expressive therapies as effective tools for emotional expression, healing, and growth.

Peer-to-Peer Activities for Teens:

Teenagers will engage in activities that encourage open communication, empathy, and support among their peers, creating a positive and inclusive school culture.

Expert Panels and Presentations:

Invited mental health professionals, educators, and specialists will lead informative sessions on various mental health topics, strategies for building resilience, and promoting a safe school environment.

Parent Workshops:

Parent-focused workshops will equip caregivers with tools to support their children's mental wellness and address any concerns they might have regarding their children's well-being.

Q&A Sessions:

Opportunities for participants to ask questions, seek advice, and receive guidance from mental health experts and experienced educators.

Resource Fair:

A resource fair will provide attendees with access to relevant mental health organizations, educational support services, and community resources.
