World renowned ABBA tribute band ARRIVAL from Sweden, founded by Vicky Zetterberg in Gothenburg, Sweden, has sold out arenas and venues all over the world since 1995. They have toured in over 70 countries, including 86 tours in the United States. Perfectly mirroring ABBA’s distinctive style, they cover timeless hits such as “Dancing Queen,” “Mamma Mia,” “Money, Money, Money,” “Does Your Mother Know,” “Take A Chance,” “SOS,” “The Winner Takes It All,” “Super Trouper,” “Waterloo,” “Honey Honey,” “Fernando,” “Chiquitita,” “Knowing Me Knowing You,” “Thank You For The Music,” “Lay All Your Love On Me,” and “Gimme Gimme Gimme.”
ARRIVAL from Sweden has played with more than 100 symphony orchestras throughout the world, including some of the finest orchestras in the USA like Boston Symphony Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Houston Symphony Orchestra, and Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.
They also caught the attention of ABBA itself! ARRIVAL from Sweden is the only group that has been given a previously unreleased ABBA song directly from Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson of ABBA. The song “Just A Notion” was released by ARRIVAL from Sweden in 1999. ABBA then recorded it for its own Voyage release. ARRIVAL from Sweden also received exclusive permission to have costumes that are actual recreations of the original wardrobes worn by ABBA.
ABBA isn't just a music group. As Sweden's biggest music export ever, it sold nearly 400 million records, had its music fuel the Broadway musical Mamma Mia and its two movie spin offs, launched the band-specific Play Station Sing Star games, and even has its own museum in Stockholm.
