Making Movie Magic!

Making Movie Magic is a free, hands-on filmmaking workshop for kids ages 9-13 and their caretaker(s). In the workshop children will learn how to "find" and craft a story, plan shots to accompany their stories, and film them with the help of their caretaker(s) under the guidance of artist filmmakers. At the end of the workshop participants will have a 1-3 minute short film that they helped to create and ideas about future projects that they can create with their families.

This workshop is in collaboration with Circle of Dreams Family Enrichment Center, located at 266 E. 165th Street Bronx, NY and supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council and the Bronx Council on the Arts.
