Don’t miss this unprecedented celebration of Bronx storytelling! For the first time ever, BCA is publicly hosting the Bronx Memoir Project (BMP) Anthology book launch and you’re invited! Join us for this one-of-a-kind event on Thursday, June 27th, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Come celebrate the unique voices of Bronx writers during a live reading of excerpts from Bronx Memoir Project Volume VIII. Contributors to the book are part of a diverse community of local avocational and professional writers who open their hearts and utilize their talents to recount moving memories and experiences that celebrate our borough. 

The Bronx Memoir Project (BMP) is a community-based writing project that encourages a cross-generational, multi-ethnic collective of Bronx residents to tell their stories firsthand. Participants engage in free workshops, led by a professional writers, culminating in the opportunity to submit their work for publication in the Bronx Memoir Project Anthology.
