The Riverdale Choral Society will present a concert entitled A Celebration of Song in honor of their 60th anniversary. The concert of contemporary and traditional music will include Norman dello Joio: “A Jubilant Song”; Johannes Brahms: "Liebeslieder Walzer,” Op. 52; Aaron Copland: “The Promise of Living” from The Tender Land; and Randall Thompson: “Frostiana: Seven Country Songs.”
The chorus will be conducted by co-Music Director David Ṧtech and will be accompanied by a chamber ensemble and piano.
