The 2007-2008 Bronx Cultural Card is available free-of-charge at the Bronx Council on the Arts' main office at 1738 Hone Avenue and at all Cultural Card participating organizations, businesses and dining establishments*.

For those who are new to the program, Bronx Cultural Card Holders connect to the wide variety of arts and cultural activities in the Bronx. They are the newest audiences for Bronx arts presenters and the hottest customers for Bronx businesses and dining establishments. Cardholders receive discounts and promotions at selected Bronx attractions while Bronx arts organizations and businesses benefit from the borough-wide marketing opportunities offered to Cultural Card participants.

The Cultural Card is Available Free-of-Charge to BCA members, volunteers at Bronx cultural organizations and business establishments, as well as to matriculated students in our 12 Bronx colleges and adult education facilities. Some Bronx employers also offer the card as an employee benefit.

To Use the Card, simply present it each time you attend a cultural event or frequent one of the businesses that accept the card to receive your discount or premium.

The Cultural Card Benefits:

• Provides cardholders two-for-one or discounted admissions;
• Offers cardholders cash or percentage discounts on gift shop purchases and    premiums at local dining and business establishments;

Additionally

• BCA members receive a quarterly letter from our Cultural Card Coordinator highlighting member incentives and special Cultural Card events;
• BCA’s web site lists Cultural Card participating organizations, the services they provide, their discount to Cultural Card holders, and a link to their web sites;
• The First Wednesdays Bronx Culture Trolley stops at several Cultural Card participating venues and freely distributes promotional material from participating groups and businesses;
• BCA publishes two calendars available to subscribers – the monthly E-News available in electronic format and the Arts Update mailed quarterly. Both list the cultural events taking place in the Bronx, noting those that accept the Cultural Card.
